  4. The telnet command allows you to make an outbound telnet connect from the
  5. mailbox. This would allow a 'vanilla' AX25 user on a TNC to switch into 
  6. the TCP/IP network.

  8. Format:

  10.      T <host-name>
  11.  
  12. where <hostname> is either a callsign known to be active on TCP/IP or
  13. the Internet address of the host station. For example;
  14.  
  15.      T 44.131.1.9
  16.  
  17.           is the same as;
  18.  
  19.      T g8nvw
  20.  
  21.           as G8NVW has an internet address of 44.131.1.9.
  22.  
  23. The session may be terminated by the use of the configurable escape 
  24. key. CTRL-X is the default.
